Metric Geo is working with a top-tier general contractor in search of a Senior Superintendent to join their West Coast division in California.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects, with a focus on life science projects including labs, tenant improvements (TI), or research and development (R&D) facilities with reputable construction firms.
Requirements:
- Past experience in life science construction projects.
- Ability to build client relationships and driving business development for new opportunities.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Construction or Engineering related degree.
